The fifth annual' Bistro Carpenteros' Valentine's Dinner took take place on Saturday, February 9, 2008 at Calvin Christian School, Ofield Rd. N., Flamborough

The Carpenteros are grateful to the 222 people who supported the 2007 Bistro. Thanks to your overwhelming generosity, more than $15,000 was raised for community development in Latin America.

Proceeds from this year's Bistro will support education and micro-credit, as well as a major community development project planned for Tiger Island, in the Gulf of Fonseca on the Honduran Pacific coast.
