There are new employment opportunities for several members of the Apastapeque community 
in El Salvador, following the opening of a new restaurant, adjacent to the volcanic crater lake where the 'San Vicente Cooperative' operates a fish farm. A number of dignitaries from the Salvador government recently took part in the official opening ceremony.

She is in her 30s and partially crippled from a misplaced vaccination when she was two years old.
